What you'll learn

Learn a prospecting system to gamify your job search

Track actions over outcomes. Use a points system that shifts your focus from low value to high value activities.

Build a skill that screens listings and scores your fit

Use Claude or Cursor to do the investigative work for you. When a listing shows up, it scores the lead before you apply.

Build a company list, then find the hiring managers

Build a target list, then use Claude and Clay to find hiring managers to email. A pipeline, not a pile of applications.

Build a skill that finds who to message

Drop in a job you applied to. It finds the hiring manager and a warm path, then drafts the first note.

Live, hands-on demonstrations of built-out skills in action

I'll screen-share a live demo. Points, Clay, the outreach skill, and a listing screen. You're welcome to all of it.

Why this topic matters

The job market hasn't been easy. Confidence in finding work has remained at record lows since 2025. Applying to more jobs doesn't fix that. It's easy to get down and measure ourselves by replies we can't control. As someone who's passionate about outbound sales, I've learned to track actions and trust that the opportunities will come. If you apply these prospecting techniques, you'll feel more in control and interviews will come.

6 years enterprise SaaS sales. Built an AI Sales OS that changed how I sell.

6 years in enterprise SaaS sales. Good at it, but I ran off scattered notes, gut instinct, and a manager stretched thin.

Then I lost that manager with no support and a full pipeline. I knew Challenger, MEDDPICC, and NEPQ, but keeping it all in my head during live deals was impossible. Then I discovered AI agents.

I snuck into Maven courses meant for technical PMs. Built a sales OS in Cursor, trained on my deals, my voice, my methodology. Turned it into the manager I didn't have. 30 days later I 4X'd my pipeline.

The results: While ramping on a brand new product I'd never sold, I closed ~$400k in the first six months; a $45K deal in a 30-minute first discovery call; a $130K enterprise deal in under 6 weeks.

I run private cohorts for GTM teams. My new Maven course is one I wish had existed.
