Patti has created and led numerous retreats, workshops, and immersive group experiences over the course of her career, bringing people together in spaces designed for reflection, healing, and meaningful connection. She holds a Cert. in Public Leadership from Harvard University, MA in Holistic Counseling from Salve Regina University, a BS in Management from the US Coast Guard Academy and is a Reiki Master.

Before stepping fully into this work, Patti served for 20 years as an officer in the US Coast Guard. That background shapes her leadership style. She understands pressure, responsibility, and what it means to hold space for others while navigating complex systems. Today, she brings that same steadiness, compassion, and clarity into her workshop settings.
