Dejan Krstic
Chief Product Officer at Product School. Former Spotify, SoundCloud and BMG.
Every good thing in my career came from someone taking the time to teach me. Now I get to build that at scale.
I'm Chief Product Officer at Product School.
Sixteen years building products, most recently as a Group Product Manager at Spotify, where my teams owned the machinery that pays a million artists and rightsholders. Before that, SoundCloud, BMG and Universal Music. For four of those years I also taught here. The longest customer discovery run of my career.
The bet is simple. AI is changing what a product person is expected to do faster than any curriculum can follow. The people who thrive will be the ones with the judgment to tell a useful tool from an impressive toy, and the habit of building something small enough to learn from. Not the most technical ones.
